Can the lease be signed by the company rather than the employee?

Yes, many owners in our portfolio accept company leases, and some prefer them. We check this early so the shortlist contains only suitable properties.

How early should we contact you before an employee arrives?

Ideally four to eight weeks before the move. That leaves time for a shortlist, a viewing trip and the usual notice period of the current tenant. Shorter deadlines are possible, with a smaller choice.

Do you work with relocation companies?

Yes. We can work alongside your relocation provider on the housing part, or handle the housing search for you directly.

Can you also find office space for our Warsaw team?

Yes. Tell us the number of workstations, preferred area and budget, and we will propose offices and commercial units to rent or buy.

Who pays your fee in a corporate relocation?

It depends on the agreement: the company, the employee or, in some cases, the owner. We confirm the terms in writing before the search starts.
